Your dentist recommends one after a free consultation (a £20 holding deposit secures your slot, and it's taken off your treatment or refunded).

Whitening lightens your natural teeth. Composite bonding adds tooth-coloured material to reshape chips, gaps and edges, usually with little or no drilling. Porcelain veneers are thin laboratory-made shells bonded to the front of teeth. Your dentist explains which fits what you'd like to change.

The main options are a bridge, a denture or an implant. We make bridges and, through Changing Faces, dentures at the practice. We offer implant consultations and planning here, and arrange placement with a trusted implant clinician if an implant suits you.

Contact us as early in the day as you can and we'll offer the earliest appointment we have. An emergency appointment is £120, which covers your consultation with a dentist, one X-ray and antibiotics if they're needed. A £40 holding deposit secures the slot and comes off the £120, so £80 is due on the day. Patients on our DPAS plan don't pay a deposit.

Yes. That's a smile makeover. Dr Basrai starts with the least invasive options, Alignment, Bleaching and Composite bonding, and sets out each stage and fee in writing so you can see the whole plan before you start.

Dr Basrai has trained with the British Society of Occlusal Studies and can assess your bite, jaw joints and muscles. Options may include a custom night guard. If another professional is better placed to help, we'll tell you.

For aligners and many other treatments, yes. We use an intraoral scanner for digital 3D scans, and DIAGNOdent laser technology to help detect decay early alongside X-rays and a careful examination.
